Policies
Special Orders
We are happy
to process special orders for our customers when we can. Please be
advised that some orders may require a deposit, payment up front or
credit card on file before we can process. Some unique special
orders may be excluded from return policies.
Shipping
We strive to ship in stock
items the same day as ordered. Special order items will be shipped
the same or next day after they arrive at our shop. We ship daily
via USPS or UPS. Overseas shipments are no problem. Also note that
many of our products include free
shipping.
Returns
Although
we strive to be perfect, we understand that there will occasionally
be mistakes made or an item will simply not be what you wanted. We
offer a 7 day return policy on all items we sell. If not
satisfied just return the item in new condition with original
packaging for a full refund, less shipping charges.
In
Addition, Seymour Duncan offers a 21 exchange policy on all their
pickup products. This return policy can be handled through us or
directly through Seymour Duncan. See the Duncan website for more
details on this policy.
Warranties
Most of
the retail products that we sell come with Manufacturer
warranties. In those cases the Factory warranty will apply
with no additional warranty implied or provided by Wymore Guitars
except for the standard 7 day return policy.
Any used
or blem items are sold "as is" without warranty unless otherwise
specified.
